TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2023 By Edna Chebet Sigei, of P.O. Box 3, Sigor in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkwony arap Sigei alias Chepkwony arap Sige, who died at Areiyet, on Ist July, 1992. CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2023 By (1) Rebecca Cherono Kenduiywo and (2) Kiplangat K. Charles, both of P.O. Box 99-20400, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Kipkemoi Kenduiywa, who died at Silibwet, on 28th April, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
