CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2023 By Roena Juma Mutonyi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Masoni Andanje, who died on 13th January, 2023. CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2023 By Luka Musiri Indolio, of P.O. Box 91-50205, Webuye in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Roman Musiri Indolio alias Musili Indolio, who died at Tombo Sub-location, on 17th May, 1971. CAUSE NO. I 11 OF 2023 By Felix Ogonda Kisegu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kisegu Japheth, who died at Moi Teaching and Referrall Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd June, 2021.
