TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2023 By Nelson Kiprono Sang, of P.O. Box 22-20400, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mungot Chepkombe Maina alias Chepkombe Maina, who died at Sibaiyan, Bomet, on 22nd July, 1998. CAUSE No. E95 OF 2023 By Daniel Kiprono Langat, of P.O. Box 513, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rusi Chelangat Leitich, who died at Kaplong Hospital in Kenya, on 4th Janaury, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
