E50 OF 2023 By Linda Hamilton Archer, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration of written will to the estate of James Howard Archer, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 14th March, 2023. CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2023 By (1) Sanjeev Kumar Khagram, of P.O. Box 95563-80106, Mombasa in Kenya, (2) Rajeev Kumar Khagram, of 16, Cervara Avenue, Sterling Perth, Western Australia and (3) Rupeen Khagram, of Riddhi, Tilehouse Lane, Denham UB9, SDA, UK, the executors named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate with written will to the estate of Kantilal Devchand Nanji Khagram, who died at Mombasa, on 28th October, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
