Box 553-20117, Naivasha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Kiarie Mungai, who died at Nairobi Women’s Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd January, 2022. CAUSE No. E11 OF 2023 By Bishop John Njuguna Muthuri, of P.O. Box 948, Naivasha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Njuguna Mutitu, who died at Nyakinyua, on 11th January, 2023. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2023 By Loise Wanjiku Gitau, of P.O. Box 260-20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dickson Gitau Gitahi, who died at Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
