Box 430, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Albert Gitonga M’Ikiugu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 9th September, 2022. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2023 By (1) Karwirwa Musa Mukindia and (2) Halima Kadogo Musa, both of P.O. Box 1379, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and granddaughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa M’Mukindia alias Musa M’Mukindia Mambu, who died at Meru General Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd July, 2012. CAUSE No. E13 OF 2023 By (1) Edward Mugambi Mwongo and (2) Richard Mururu Mwongo, all of P.O. Box 578-00621, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Mwongo, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 13th August, 2019. CAUSE No. E14 OF 2023 By Daniel Muriuki, of P.O. Box 86, Timau in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of the last will to the estate of M’Rukaria M’Turuchiu, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 19th February, 2022.
