TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. El OF 2023 By Jeremiah Kimutai Kipsoo, of P.O. Box 360-30700, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elija Kipso Chesire alias Elija Kipso arap Chesire, who died at Bugar Sub-location, on 10th December, 2022. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2023 By (1) Leonard Kipkoech Kipchoge, (2) Charles Kiprop Kipchoge, (3) Esther Jerotich Kiptui and (4) Bendy Jepkoech Kipchoge, all of P.O. Box 374~-30700, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Kipchoge Cheptoo, who died at Reale Hospital in Kenya, on 27th April, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
