TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2023 By Husein fahkrudin Absulhusein, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration of intestate to the estate of Fakhruddin Kassamali, who died on 26th October, 2018. CAUSE NO. E24 oF 2023 By (1) Saleh Salim Ahmed Bawazir and (2) Fatuma Salim Bawazir, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration of intestate to the estate of Salim Ahmed Ali Bawazir, who died at Tawfiq Hospital in Kenya, on 12th January, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
