TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 10 OF 2023 (formerly E701 OF 2023) By Elizabeth Kusa Makoba, of P.O. Box 260567-00504, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, through Messrs. Orwa Seda & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Mbendo Mbando, late of Kariobangi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 10th October, 2021. CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2023 By (1) David Maina Muigai and (2) Joseph Karengeti Muigai, both of P.O. Box 10217-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, through Messrs. Ngugi Gathu & Co., advocates of Ruiru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Nyaguthii Muigai, late of Kawangware, who died there on 13th September, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
