TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E80 OF 2023 By (1) John Mwaura and (2) Livingstone Mwaura Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 21686-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and nephew, respectively, through Messrs. Chege Kibathi & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Kamau Gichebe alias George Kamau Gichembe, late of Dagoretti, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 4th September, 2018. CAUSE NO. E136 OF 2023 By Karar Omar, of P.O. Box 21446-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, through Messrs. Brian Odhiambo & Associates, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Khadija Abdallah Juma, late of Nairobi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 18th July, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
