E26 OF 2023 By (1) Jesinter Aoko Arwa and (2) William Andeto Onyango, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kennedy Ouma Otonda, who died at Bwanda, on 17th October, 2018. CAUSE NO. 107 OF 2023 By Mary Akech Arodi, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jotham Arodi Owilli alias Arodi Owili alias Ogongo Owili, who died on 12th March, 1995. CAUSE NO. E206 OF 2023 By Agneta Oloo Nyawara, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jorim Nyawara Ogidi alias Jorim Nyawara Odidi, who died on 3rd Feoruary, 2002. CAUSE NO. E343 OF 2023 By George Otieno Odiemo, of P.O. Box 2273-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Odiemo Olocho alias Odiemo Olocho, who died on Ist October, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
