CAUSE No. E478 OF 2023 By Ombima Otwal James, of P.O. Box 1710, Reru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otwal Ambongo alias Manase Otwal Ombongo, who died at East Reru, on 12th June, 2000.
