CAUSE No. E740 OF 2022 By Benard Ouma Opiyo Ohana, of P.O. Box 5440131, Paw Akuche in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dawa Ohana, who died at Lower Kadongo, on Sth June, 1998. CAUSE NO. Box 10, Kombewa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochola Rajwayi alias Ochola Rajwayi, who died at West Katieno, on 8th August, 1983. E385 OF 2023 By Tobias Ooko Gwala, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petrol Nyayal alias Petro Nyayal, who died at Kajulu, Koker, on 18th March, 1991.
