TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2023 By (1) Melubo Mpapa Makoyo, (2) Meshack Matipei Mpapa, (3) Tarayia ole Mpapa Nakoyo and (4) Lodaru ole Nakuyo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mpapa Nakoyo Ololngunya, who died at Noosikitok Location, on 15th May, 2000. CAUSE No. E56 OF 2023 By Catherine Wanjiru Ngeene, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Kimani Njuguna, who died at Kenyatta Hospital in Kenya, on 18th March, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
