TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2023 By (1) Paul Ng’ang’a Mwangi and (2) Daniel Njoroge Mwangi, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephano Mwangi alias Stephano Mwangi Rugene, who died at Kware Sub-location, on 23rd January, 2017. CAUSE No. E70 OF 2023 By Margaret Mwihaki Mackenzie, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Wamutu Wahinya, who died along Emali—Loitokitok Road, Mbarikani, on 2nd April, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
