CAUSE NO. E272 OF 2023 By Seline Akinyi Amolo, of P.O. Box 83, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Owirrah Ombura alias Philip Owira Ombura, who died on 2nd April, 1990. CAUSE NO. E279 OF 2023 By Gaudensia Ongech Othieno, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rajab Otieno Ogutu alias Rajabu Otieno Ogutu, who died on 15th May, 2004. CAUSE NO. E297 OF 2023 By (1) Margret Auma Ogola and (2) Janet Adhiambo Owino, the deceased’s mother and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Ogola Liech alias Stephen Oliech, who died on 14th November, 2022.
