TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 300 OF 2023 By (i) Elidah Akelo Amba and (2) Mildred Adhiambo Oringi, both of P.O. Box 990, Suna—Migori in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Oringi Omego, who died at Wasweta I Sub-location, on 28th March, 2017. CAUSE No. 301 OF 2023 By Jane Atieno Ochola, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ajowi Ajowi, who died on 15th June, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
