E264 OF 2023 By Monica Atieno Osongo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezbon Osongo Angwa, who died at Kanyabala, on 3rd September, 2014. CAUSE NO. E281 OF 2023 By (1) Beatrice Anyango Kure and (2) Michelle Achieng Ayieta, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Ayieta Kure alias Nicholas Ayieta, who died at Kalanya, Kanyango, on 30th September, 2009.
