TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2023
By (1) Agnes Mueni John and (2) Emmanuel John Muola, both of
P.O. Box 26-80403, Mangawani in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Makau Muola, who died at Mwaleni Village, on 24th
June, 2015.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
