TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E80 OF 2023 By (1) Patrick Nduati Thuo and (2) Joseph Kamau Thuo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Thuo Kareithi alias Thuo Kareithi, who died at Thika Hospital in Kenya, on 24th November, 1986. CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2023 By Mwangi Washington Muchoki, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muchoki Kariuki alias Muchoki Kariuki, who died on 17th August, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
