TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E108 OF 2023 By Nancy Njeri Wanjohi, of P.O. Box 379, Karatina in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Wanjohi Kinyua, who died at Njoga Village, on 16th August, 2022. CAUSE No. E109 OF 2023 By Benjamen Wanjohi Kiricho, of P.O. Box 72, Baricho in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiricu Mugera alias Kirichu Mugera, who died at District Hospital, Kerugoya in Kenya, on 17th September, 2003 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
