TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2023 By Moses Chepyator Kibet, of P.O. Box 102-20105, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimeto Changwony, who died at Muguyuni Day, on 11th November, 2000. CAUSE No. E35 OF 2023 By Samson Lemiso Kurgat, of P.O. Box 16-20103, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chirchir Chepngetich, who died at ERNH Day, on 4th October, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
