TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2023 By Daniel Mukwaya Rioba, of P.O. Box 4, Ntimaru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mariko Rioba Mwita, who died at Bongebo Sub-location, on 9th February, 2019. CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2023 By Margret Gati Ikwabe, of P.O. Box 41, Kegonga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kesenye Meteti, who died at Girigiri Sub-location, on 11th June, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
