TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E113 OF 2023 By Frasisika Moraa Ongera, of P.O. Box 35, Nyamache in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pascal Ongera Orero alias Ongera Orero, who died at Emenwa Village, on 18th August, 1991. CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2023 By (1) Jared Nyamweya Mdege and (2) Wyctiffe Mokandu Ndege, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndege Intengeri, who died at mbomonyara Location, on 7th November, 2010. CAUSE NO. E216 OF 2023 By (1) Thomas Ezekiel Obara and (2) Moseri Mac Samwel, both of P.O. Box 10, Nyamarambe in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obara Oichoe, who died at South Mugirango, Borabu Location, on 31st December, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
