TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 95 OF 2022 By Wilberforce Sasita, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Nzenze Sasitta alias John Saisita, who died at Shiru Sub-location, on 29th January, 2005. CAUSE NO. 120 OF 2023 By (1) Lukas Musozi and (2) Jafaza Kibira Marova, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Malova Kivitu, who died at Gamalenga Sub-location, on 30th April, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
