E47 OF 2023 By Geofrey Wafula Watima, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Manje Watima, who died at District Hospital, Kapenguria in Kenya, on 22nd June, 1994. CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2023 By Geofrey Ulwugi Elipana, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Wakoli Khaemba, who died at Rabuor, Ahero, on 31st July, 2000. CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2023 By Samwel Juma, Wekesa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Machulusi Mwanda, who died at Kamukuywa, on 15th March, 1977.
