TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 6th October, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE 454i CAUSE No. E117 OF 2023 By Shafiq Kaiyumali Abbabhai Anjarwalla, of P.O. Box 95545— 80106, Mombasa in Kenya, the executrix named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate with written will to the estate of Kaiyumali Abbasbhai Anjarwalla alias Anjarwalla Kaiyumali Abbasbhai, who died at Nyali, on 22nd September, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
