TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E69 oF 2023 By Farzana Sultan Essani, of P.O. Box 43085-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of probate of the will of Zarina Sultan Essani, who died at Tudor, Mombasa, on Sth April, 2023. CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2023 By (1) Hanif Mohamed Somji, both of P.O. Box 90682-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, and (2) Atiq Saifuddin Karimbhai Anjarwalla, of P.O. Box 58553, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the executors named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of thewill of Gulzar Shamshudeen Kassamali Somji, who died at Aga, Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 26th May, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
