TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 17th November, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE vase CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2023 By (1) Beatrice Muthoni Wakiru Ngumo and (2) Michael Gachoka Ngumo, both of P.O. Box 41355-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Kamau Ndara, who died at Uthiru, on 23rd November, 2021. CAUSE No. E104 OF 2023 By Anne Wambui Muiruri, of P.O. Box 3963-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Waithira Muiruri, who died at RFH Specialist Hospital in Kenya, on 25th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
