Box 3931, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Karanja Mahungu, who died on 28th May, 2005. Chesaro, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Tungo Chesergon alias Eunice Tungo Chepsergon, who died on 18th October, 2006. CAUSE No. E653 OF 2023 By Antony Mwangi Munene, of P.O. Box 3953-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Mumbi Munene, who died on 9th January, 2016.
