TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2023 By Chris Mutwiwa Kamula, both of P.O. Box 53,-00519, Mulolongo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Catherine Syokau Mutwiwa, who died on 24th Aaugust, 2022 CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2023 By (1) Pauline Naipanoi Matheri and (2) Albert Matura Motaperia, both of P.O. Box 710-00206, Kiserian in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Shena Motamperia, who died on 5th January, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
