TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court In: CAUSE NO. 83 OF 2023 By (1) Sharon Minyoso and (2) Nelson Ogeto, both of P.O. Box 13201-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Elloga Kanaiza, who died on 28th October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
