CAUSE No. E397 OF 2023 By Felgona Akumu Oluoko, of P.O. Box 20640600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marselus Oluoko Ochola, who died at Nyajuok, on 15th January, 2014. CAUSE NO. E408 OF 2023 By Janet Adhiambo Ogeta, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogeta Ong’are Norbertus, who died at Bar Olengo Sub-location, on 15th January, 2022.
