TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court Ine CAUSE NO. 144 OF 2020 By (1) Cicilia Chepkemoi Cheruiyot and (2) Mary Chelangat Cheruiyot, both of P.O. Box 420, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cheruiyot arap Ngeny, who died at Kaptobit, on 19th August, 1993, CAUSE NO. E134 OF 2022 By (1) Anthony Cheruiyot Serem and (2) Cheruiyot Andrew Serem, both of P.O. Box 460, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoske arap Chebochok, who died at Ainamoi, on 16th November, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
