TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 17th November, 2023 CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2023 By Philip Nyaoko Nyabwengi, of P.O. Box 3340200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of fetters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyabwengi Maraburi alias Alariusi Nyabwengi Maraburi, who died at Kegati Location, on 25th February, 1977. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
