TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E134 OF 2022 By (1) Beatrice Achieng Aduol, (2) Cornel Aloo Odhiambo and (3) Jacob Owino Otiende, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and grandsons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kornel Aloo Olima, who died on 16th April, 2005. CAUSE NO. E135 OF 2022 By (1) Bernard Otieno Ambuso and (2) Bernard Otieno Odida, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dalmas Okuta Odhoch, who died at West Ngere, on 29th June, 1994. CAUSE NO. E126 OF 2023 By Musa Amoke Odhiambo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Clement Odhiambo Anyah, who died at West Ngere, on 3rd October, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
