TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2022 By Nyanokwe Maroa Mwita, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marwa Mwita Nsorani, who died on 11th May, 2016. CAUSE No. E55 OF 2023 By (1) John Mariba Machugu and (2) Nyamohanga Machugu Mariba, both of P.O. Box 420, Suna in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Weikwe Mariba, who died at Masaba Sub-iocation, on 5th July, 2008. CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2023 By Joseph Marwa Mwita, of P.O. Box 1, Ntimaru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwita Mutundi, who died at Masaba Sub-location, on Ist August, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
