TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E104 OF 2021 By (1) Johnson Mutemi Nzuki and (2) Angelinah Mulundwa Nzuki, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charlse Abraham Kinyenye alias Charlse Mwthui K. Kinyenye alias Charlse A. Kinyenye, who died at Migwani Location, on 23rd May, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this tespect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
