E204 OF 2023 By David Muyela Mutere, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omutere Oteyo, who died at Embali Sub-location, on 12th December, 1981. CAUSE NO. 261 OF 2023 By Joel Ong’anya Miaya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Enane Anakanje alias Shadrack Enane, who died at Kakamega, on 19th October, 1981. CAUSE NO. E286 OF 2023 By (1) Maccuduff Ongoyo Gayi and (2) Benjamin Gumba Ogayi, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Chegugu Gayi, who died at Gamalenga, on 2nd November, 1981. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
