TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: ' CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2023 By (1) Martin Ndiwa Boiyo and (2) Kennedy Kipto Kipyeko, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndiwa Yeko alias Ndiwa Yego, who died at Lugulu Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 20th November, 1984. CAUSE No. E61 OF 2023 By (1) Patrick Songoi and (2) Tom Songoi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yusufu Mukhonji Songoi, who died at Nabikoto, on 20th October, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
