TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2023 By Ngare Lenolkulal, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Semei Onoikulal, who died at Porro, on 10th July, 1994. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2023 By (1) Jane Wamaitha Ngigi and (2) Charles Mbugua Ngigi, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ngigi Mbugua, who died on 31st May, 2016. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2023 By (1) Agnes Aturo Thomas and (2) Perpetua Abenyo Ewoi, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Eoi Loremem, who died on 5th June, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
