WHEREAS David Waweru Kinyanjui, of P.O. Box 30301, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya; is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/111/1049, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 31485/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant has been destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof , I intend to issue a provisional certificate of title provided: that no objection: has been received within that period. Box 47122, Nairobi in the Republic of .Keaya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 2.220 hectares or . thereabout, known as L.R. No. 9118/8, situate in the city of Nairobi, held under a certificate of title registered as 1.R. 49855/1, and whereas the said Rhine Motors Limited, has executed an instrument of subdivision certificate and deed plans in favour of the same under section 70, and whereas an affidavit has been filed in terms of section 65 (1) (hk) of the said Act declaring that the said grant registered as LR. 49855/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after fourtecn (14) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of subdivision certificate and two deed plans. ‘ Dated the 4th February, 2000.
