THE PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT EMBU ; IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF DAVID GICHOVI ERNEST OF GATUNDURI SUB-LOCATION PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION Succession Cause No. 64 oF 2000 LET-ALL the parties concerned take notice that.a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above-named deceased, who died at Gatunduri, on 28th February, 000, has been filed in this registry by Mary Wawira Gichovi, of P.O. ox 215, Embu, in her capacity as an administratrix of the deceased’s itate, : And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the taking of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this *gistry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this sgistty in the prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the date of ublication of this notice, the court may proceed to make the grant as tayed or to make such order
