KIGOCHI PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION Succession Cause No. 151 oF 2000 LET ALL the partics concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of Ictters of administration intestate to the estate of, the above-named deccased, who dicd at Mwagua District, on 30th September, 1980, has been filed in this registry by Maina Njihia, in his capacity as an administrator of the dceccascd’s estate. And further take notice that objcctions in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant arc invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged i in this, registry in the prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, the court may procecd to makc the grant as prayed or to make such order
