THE RESIDENT MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT KERUGOYA IN THE MATTER-OF THE ESTATE OF KEGONDO GAITHO ALIAS MODESTO NJOGU GAITHO OF KIANGAI PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION Succession CAusE No. 94 or 2000 LET ALL the partics concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of Icttcrs of administration intcstate to the cstate of the above-named deccased, who dicd at Kiangai, on 30th August, 1993, has been filed in this registry by John Muriithi Njogu, of P.O. Box 113, Karatina, in his capacity as an administrator of the dcccascd’s estate. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant arc invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this noticc. And further take notice that if no objection has becn lodged in this registry in the prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this noticc, the court may procced to make the grant as prayed or to make such order
