Box 13128, Nairobi, carrying out the business of a supermarkct/ grocery in the style of Corncr Mini Supermarket, at Jota Building, Ngong Town, Kajiado District, has with cffect from 17th April, 2000, been transferred to Mburu and Sons Company Limited. The name of the transferee is Mburu and Sons Company Limited, of P.O. Box 13128, Nairobi, and the business shall be carricd on at Jota Building, Plot No. 4480/96. The transferee shall assume only the trading liabilitics incurred by Francis Mburu Githara, trading as Corner Mini Supermarkct and likewise ali the business debts duc to the transfcror up to and including 17th April, 2000.
