THE SENIOR PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT KIAMBU IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF MWAURA KINYANJUI OF NYATHUNA VILLAGE, KABETE LOCATION, KIAMBU DISTRICT PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION Succession Cause No. 233 oF 2000 LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition for a " grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above-named deceased, who died at Kirangari, on 28th June, 2000, has been filed in this registry by (1) Daniel Kinyanjui Mwaura and (2) James Kimanga Mwaura, both of P.O. Box 51, Kikuyu, in their capacities as sons of the deceased. : ‘And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice.
