NOTICE is given that by a decd poll dated 20th September, 2000, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 73, in Volume DI, Folio 920/1100, File No. DXXIX, by me, Deep Jagdish Gosrani, of P.O. Box 48593, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Deep Jagdish Shah, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my former name Deep Jagdish Shah, and in licu thereof assumed and adopted the name Decp Jagdish Gosrani, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address me by my assumed name Deep Jagdish Gosrani only.
