COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN
NOTICE is given that the preparation of the above-named part development plan has been completed. ;
The plan relates to land situated within Homa Bay Municipality.
A copy of the part development plan is deposited for public inspection at the office of the District Physical Planning Officer.
The copy so deposited is available for inspection free of charge between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., Monday to ‘Friday.
Any interested person(s) who wishes to make presentation in connection with or objection to the above-mentioned plan may send such presentation or objection in writing to be received by the District
Physical Planning Officer, P.O. Box 529, Homa Bay, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and such presentation or objection shall state the ground-on which it is made.
