IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (1) of the \ Magistrates’ Courts Act, the Chief Justice, increases the limit of jurisdiction of— JuLiE OseKO senior resident magistrate, to Kenya shillings three hundred thousand (KSh. 300,000), with effect from 1st February, 2000.
